Our team will send you a notice for renewal 90 days before lease expiration. To renew your lease, please send us an email indicating your desire to renew at least 60 days before your lease end date, and we will provide you with an updated lease agreement to extend your lease.

We would be sad to see you go, but if you do not wish to renew your lease, we will provide you with move-out instructions, your move-out date, and your final balance owed.

To qualify, your income should be at least 2.5X the rent amount.

Residents at The Ellery have incredible access to nearby retail and dining. Just steps away or a quick 5-to-10-minute drive, you’ll find everything from fast-casual spots and local coffee houses to major shopping plazas like The Fountains and Broward Mall.

You’re welcome to decorate your apartment to make it feel like home! However, if you wish to make any modifications, please confirm with the Leasing Office first. You are responsible for any damages and may incur damage-related fees.

If you need to break your lease, please reach out to our Leasing Office. Our staff will guide you through the available options, which may include early termination fees and other conditions based on your specific situation.

A 60-day notice is required before moving out. Be sure to submit your notice in writing to the Leasing Office.

When you’re ready to move out, please return your keys to the Leasing Office during office hours so that we may process your move-out on the same day. We cannot complete your move-out until we have received the keys. Once you have turned in your keys, the team will inspect the unit and determine any damage and required repairs.

A refund will be issued within 30 days of moving out in the form of a check

Yes, we offer parking! We offer our residents annual parking, attached garage parking, and detatched garage parking. Please reach out to the Leasing Office for specific fees.

We do not have EV charging stations at this time.

Yes! The Ellery is a pet-friendly community allowing both cats and dogs. The Ellery has a “pets are family” attitude with no breed or weight restrictions!

Yes! Our pet-friendly community features an enclosed dog park where your furry companions can run, play, and socialize, along with scenic lakeside walking trails perfect for daily walks together.

Yes, there is a required pet deposit along with a monthly pet fee. The exact amount depends on the type and number of pets. Please contact the Leasing Office for specific fees.
